The project scope clearly outlined by the client required an off-grid, simplistic design; however, we had creative reign. After multiple site visits and conversations with the client, we picked the perfect location to take advantage of the existing terrain. We strategically placed the home in the landscape around one of many small lakes on this private ranch. Using the natural slope of the land allowed us to create a walk-out basement and split level rear yard using existing native boulders. These renderings depict the final design with a unique walking bridge to the main entry doors.
